NOVELTY - A paste comprising flaky graphite or a graphene (4), and a solvent is prepared and the paste is coated on a substrate (3). The graphite or graphene is filled in the substrate surface and heated under a pressurizing condition of 100 atmospheres or more in inert gas atmosphere to form graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film used as transparent conductive film and transparent electrode for semiconductor device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film with reduced thickness is economically manufactured, by simple process. The graphite or graphene can be melted under pressurizing condition without impairing the property of graphite or graphene.
