NOVELTY - An aluminum graphene thermally conductive composite material sample is prepared by ball milling graphene and metal powder for grinding, uniformly mixing, forming graphene coated metal particle, heating aluminum alloy into furnace under argon protection to solid, keeping temperature, stirring, adding graphene coated metal particle to prepare semi-solid aluminum alloy, stirring, heating to liquid, and casting having graphene total quantity of 0.1-5 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing aluminum graphene thermally conductive composite material sample. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids complexity and non-wetting properties of graphene and aluminum during powder sintering, dissolves semi-solid metal particle liquid metal by binding stagnation force, and enhances by uniformly mixing.
