USE - Graphite-antimony composite cobalt-based skutterudite thermoelectric material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control, has short preparation time, good repeatability, low cost and has good prospects for industrialization. The product has excellent thermoelectric property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite-antimony composite cobalt-based skutterudite thermoelectric material of formula MxCo4Sb12/graphene has graphene content of less than 3%. x=0-1; and M=rare earth, alkaline earth, metal, alkali metals, gallium and thallium. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphite-antimony composite cobalt-based skutterudite thermoelectric material by weighing M, cobalt and antimony, mixing with carbon, and ball milling under an inert gas protection, putting powder into the graphite mold, and plasma sintering in an inert gas protection. The stoichiometric ratio of M, cobalt and antimony is x:4:12 and carbon content is less than 3%.
