NOVELTY - Graphene antibacterial medical shoe sole composite material comprises a hydrophobic layer and a water-absorbing layer. The water-absorbing layer is closer to the bottom surface of the shoe than the hydrophobic layer. The hydrophobic layer includes 28-36 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 15-18 pts. wt. natural rubber, 6-12 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-7 pts. wt. talc, 3-6 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 6-9 pts. wt. odorless crosslinking agent, 4-8 pts. wt. foaming agent, 3-8 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 4-7 pts. wt. sterilizing agent. USE - Graphene antibacterial medical shoe sole composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antibacterial medical shoe sole composite material has very good mechanical properties, and effectively inhibits the growth and reproduction of bacteria in the shoes.
