NOVELTY - Preparation of pipeline processing lubricating liquid composition, involves mixing 2-(4-morpholyldithio) benzothiazole, cocamidopropylamine oxide, graphene, enhancer, antioxidant and partial castor oil, (ii) heating mixed material at 135-155 degrees C, heat-preserving for 15-30 minutes, cooling to obtain mixture (I), (iii) adding stearate, oily agent and ethyl silicone oil to the mixture (I), heating up to 60-80 degrees C, heat-preserving for 20-30 minutes, adding remaining castor oil, increasing the temperature to 150-170 degrees C, heat-preserving for 30-40 minutes, filtering and cooling. USE - Preparation of pipeline processing lubricating liquid composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has excellent lubricating effect, high temperature resistance, excellent stability, high biodegradability, low toxicity, low volatility and high viscosity index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of pipeline processing lubricating liquid composition, involves adding 2-(4-morpholyldithio) benzothiazole, cocamidopropylamine oxide, graphene, enhancer, antioxidant and partial castor oil, mixing at room temperature, (ii) heating the mixed material at 135-155 degrees C under the vacuum conditions at 0.01-0.05 MPa, heat-preserving for 15-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture (I), (iii) adding stearate, oily agent and ethyl silicone oil to the mixture (I), heating up to 60-80 degrees C, heat-preserving for 20-30 minutes, adding remaining castor oil, increasing the temperature to 150-170 degrees C, heat-preserving for 30-40 minutes, filtering, cooling the filtrate to room temperature and obtaining the lubricant. The pipeline processing lubricating liquid composition comprises 5-8 pts. wt. 2-(4-morpholyldithio) benzothiazole, 3-5 pts. wt. cocamidopropylamine oxide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. stearate, 15-20 pts. wt. oily agent, 3-5 pts. wt. enhancer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. ethyl silicone oil and remaining castor oil.
