NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene anticorrosion paint comprises resin-based component and the curing agent-based component. The mass ratio of the resin-based component and the curing agent-based component is 1-2:2-5. The resin-based component consists of an epoxy resin, a diluent, a filler, and an oily graphene. The mass ratio of the epoxy resin, the diluent, the filler and the oily graphene is 80-100:5-20:30-100:0.1-20. The curing agent-based components comprise dispersion medium water, additives, fillers, aqueous graphene, and aromatic curing agent H228. USE - Aqueous graphene anticorrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene anticorrosion paint has labyrinth effect, plays good role in shielding water, oxygen, and chemical agents, reduces the infiltration rate of corrosive agents into the metal substrate, increases the corrosion resistance, and thus prolongs the coating protection time of the substrate. The mass ratio of the dispersion medium water, auxiliary agent, filler, aqueous graphene, aromatic curing agent H228 is 150-250:1-2.5:100-300:0.1-20:100-250. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous graphene anticorrosion paint, which involves: (A) adding epoxy resin, diluent, filler, and oily graphene to the dispersion reactor in a mass ratio of 80-100:5-20:30-100:0.1-10, and the speed is more than or equal to 2500 rpm and dispersing for 10-30 minutes to obtain resin base component; (B) adding the dispersing medium water, auxiliary agent (including dispersant 5027, defoamer 154), filler, aqueous graphene according to the mass ratio of 150-250: 1-2.0: 100-300: 0.1-20 to the dispersion reactor and dispersing at more than or equal to 2500 rpm / min for 30-60 minutes to obtain turbid liquid; (C) adding wetting agent and curing agent to the turbid liquid, and stirring uniformly at low speed less than or equal to 1500 rpm to obtain the curing agent-based component; and (D) using synthetic resin-based component and the curing agent-based component and mixing at a mass ratio of 1-2:2 to 5 to obtain paint.
