▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite material involves adding 1-3 g/ml graphene nanosheets to 60 ml polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, ultrasonically processing for 10-30 minutes to prepare graphene dispersion, adding certain amount of styrene-butadiene latex, ultrasonically processing or mechanically stirring at 25 degrees C for 20 minutes to obtain mixed solution, pouring mixed solution into mold, molding, drying in oven and curing. The composite material has two-layered structure made of functional layer comprising oriented graphene nanosheets and styrene-butadiene latex insulating layer. USE - Production of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite material used in electrostatic protection and electromagnetic shielding applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite material with multifunctional characteristics and excellent electrical conductivity, wear resistance and insulation properties.
