▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bipolar membrane comprises an anion exchange membranes (100) laminated with ion channels aligned by electrical treatment, a graphene oxide layer (200) set on the anion exchange membrane by spraying a graphene oxide solution (210), and a cation exchange membrane (300) prepared by spraying a cation exchange polymer solution (310) on the graphene oxide layer. USE - The bipolar membrane is useful in acid-base junction flow battery (claimed) in field of train, aviation fields and waste salt and waste acid in industrial generators. ADVANTAGE - The bipolar membrane: improves the performance of an acid-base junction flow battery, charge/discharge power density and cycle life; has current efficiency (CE) of 98.92% for 60 cycles at a current density of 4 mA/cm2with increased charge and discharge operations, energy efficiency (EE) of 55.49% and voltage efficiency (VE) of 56.09. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing a bipolar membrane comprising synthesizing sulfonated poly 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide polymer, synthesizing quaternary aminated poly polymer, preparing quaternary aminated poly2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide film electroplated using an alternating electric field, trapping graphene oxide by spraying a graphene oxide solution on the electrically oriented quaternary aminated poly 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide film, and laminating 6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide film with a cation exchange layer on the graphene oxide trapped side of an electrically oriented quaternary aminated poly 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide; and acid-base junction flow battery comprising anion exchange membrane, bipolar membrane, and cation exchange membrane, and electrodes set on both sides of the repeatedly installed anion exchange membrane, bipolar membrane, and cation exchange membrane.
