▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrospinning fiber membrane comprises a polythiocarbonate-containing polymer including a polythiocarbonate homopolymer and a polythiocarbonate-containing copolymer. The polythiocarbonate includes polymonothiocarbonate, polydithiocarbonate and/or polytrithiocarbonate, and has structural units (I)-(III). USE - Electrospinning fiber membrane for enrichment and separation of heavy metal ions, such as copper, lead, cadmium and mercury ions contained in wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has large specific surface area, high porosity and adsorption capacity, and can efficiently adsorb heavy metal ions in wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrospinning fiber membrane comprises a polythiocarbonate-containing polymer including a polythiocarbonate homopolymer and a polythiocarbonate-containing copolymer. The polythiocarbonate includes polymonothiocarbonate, polydithiocarbonate and/or polytrithiocarbonate, and has structural units of formulae (I)-(III). n, m, x = 2-5000; R1,R3,R5 = alkyl (CH2)a; a = 1-10; R2,R4,R6 = H, (CH2)b-CH3, (CH2)c-Cl, (CH2)d-C6H5, (CH2O)e-CH3, CH2OC6H5 or CH2OCH2C6H5;and b-e = 0-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of polythiocarbonate-based electrospinning fiber membrane, which involves mixing polymer containing polythiocarbonate, polymer additives, and inorganic nano additives with an organic solvent, stirring to obtain a spinning solution, adding the spinning solution to the electrospinning device, and spinning at 5-40 kV, spinning distance of 5-50 cm and speed of 0.01-2.5 mm/minutes.
