NOVELTY - Preparation of multi-layer film material involves dispersing two-dimensional material in solvent to obtain two-dimensional material dispersion, dispersing raw material of each layer of film in each solvent to obtain multiple film material dispersion, filtering the two-dimensional material dispersion, adding film material dispersion of the two-dimensional material layer adjacent film layer on the formed two-dimensional material layer, continuously filtering until filtering the film material dispersion of each layer of film, drying and stripping the filter film attached with multi-layer film. USE - Preparation of multi-layer film material (claimed) used for electromagnetic protection, semiconductor, medicine, and battery applications. ADVANTAGE - The method can finely control the number of layers of the film material and the thickness of each layer of film material, and the operation is simple, convenient and fast. Each layers of film is not dissolved in solvent, easy to disperse in the solvent of the solid material. The two sides of each film layer are provided with two-dimensional material layer for improving the whole mechanical property of the multi-layer film. The solvent has small viscosity, easy to filter and easy to evaporate, and contains metal ion for improving the filtering efficiency.
