NOVELTY - A polypropylene material comprises polypropylene, silver nanowire-supported graphene, poly(vinylidene chloride), poly(methyl methacrylate), hollow glass beads, pentaerythritol diphosphite and aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane. The silver nanowire-supported graphene is prepared by reacting silver nanowire precursor, graphene and N-methylpyrrolidone with ethanol. The silver nanowire precursor comprises N-methylpyrrolidone, sodium ethoxide, silver acetate, dihydroxyacetone and water. The graphene comprises graphite, chlorosulfonic acid, sodium formate and sodium ethoxide. USE - Polypropylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene material has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, hydrophobicity, and mechanical property, and low water-vapor transmission rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polypropylene material comprises polypropylene, silver nanowire-supported graphene, poly(vinylidene chloride), poly(methyl methacrylate), hollow glass beads, pentaerythritol diphosphite and aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane. The silver nanowire-supported graphene is prepared by reacting silver nanowire precursor, graphene and N-methylpyrrolidone with ethanol. The silver nanowire precursor comprises ethanol, N-methylpyrrolidone, sodium ethoxide, silver acetate, dihydroxyacetone and water. The graphene comprises graphite, chlorosulfonic acid, sodium formate, sodium ethoxide and N-methylpyrrolidone. The mass ratio of silver nanowire precursor, graphene, N-methylpyrrolidone and ethanol is 50:85-97:20-170:260-310. The mass ratio of ethanol, N-methylpyrrolidone, sodium ethoxide, silver acetate, dihydroxyacetone and water is 100:165-200:47-65:15-28:75-95:5-15. The mass ratio of graphite, chlorosulfonic acid, sodium formate, sodium ethoxide and N-methylpyrrolidone is 50:165-190:100-150:70-90:130-165.
