NOVELTY - An aqueous epoxy zinc-rich antirust primer comprises components (A) and (B) in a mass ratio of 1:4. The component (A) comprises 56-67 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 0.5-1.2 wt.% graphene coated glass fiber, 0.3-0.8 wt.% nano antimony doped tin dioxide, 0.3-1.2 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.5 wt.% epoxy silane coupling agent, 3-5.5 wt.% n-butanol, 2-4 wt.% propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.4-0.8 wt.% defoamer (A), and 22-32 wt.% deionized water. The component (B) comprises 9-12.5 wt.% cardanol modified polyamide curing agent, 37-45 wt.% zinc powder, 20-33 wt.% filler, 2-3.4 wt.% thixotropic agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% defoamer (B), 0.1-0.3 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.4 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, and 15-22 wt.% mixed solvent. USE - The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich antirust primer is useful for railway steel bridges. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich antirust primer has excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesive force, and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the two-component aqueous epoxy zinc-rich antirust primer, which involves: (1) preparing the component (A) by stirring graphene-coated glass fiber, nano antimony-doped tin dioxide, nano titanium dioxide, and epoxy silane coupling agent at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes, sequentially adding aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, n-butanol, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, defoamer (A) and deionized water, evenly stirring and filtering; (2) preparing the component (B) by stirring cardanol modified polyamide curing agent, dispersant, anti-flash rust agent and mixed solvent at 1000 rpm for 5 minutes, adding filler and stirring at 2000 rpm for 5 minutes, adding thixotropic agent and stirring at 3000 rpm for 15 minutes, adding zinc powder and stirring at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes, then adding defoamer (B), evenly stirring and filtering; and (3) during the construction, evenly mixing the components (A) and (B) and leaving still for 20-25 minutes.
