NOVELTY - Low-abundance protein enrichment kit comprises magnetic graphene oxide particles, magnetic bead cleaning solution, lysate, reducing alkylation reagent, equilibrium solution, enzyme, stop solution and desalting column. The magnetic graphene oxide particles are grafted with functional group. USE - Low-abundance protein enrichment kit for use in proteome analysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit has a wider application range, solves the problem of adsorption bias, is easier to separate and clean proteins, provides rapid enzymatic hydrolysis, and does not require overnight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method for preparing the low-abundance protein enrichment kit, which involves: (a) preparing and obtaining graphene oxide, and functionalizing the surface of graphene oxide to obtain graphene grafted with functional groups; and (b) mixed the functionalized group-grafted graphene; and (2) a use of the low-abundance protein enrichment kit in proteome analysis.
