NOVELTY - Exterior wall regenerative insulation cotton material comprises 20-45 pts. wt. abandoned rock wool, 15-22 pts. wt. expanded pearlite, 8-16 pts. wt. silicone modified epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. attapulgite clay, 5-17 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-9 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. foam stabilizer and 12-20 pts. wt. water repellent. USE - Used as exterior wall regenerative insulation cotton material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing exterior wall regenerative insulation cotton material comprising (i) placing abandoned rock wool into the crusher, crushing, adding in ball mill, mixing, pulverizing, ball milling to particle size of 0.5-2 mm, filtering to obtain rock wool particles, (ii) providing rock wool particles, expanded perlite, and silicone modified epoxy resin, mixing, heat treating, lowering temperature to room temperature, adding attapulgite clay, inorganic filler, graphene and glass fiber to obtain mixture, (iii) adding foaming agent, foaming stabilizer and water to the mixture, and mixing to obtain a mixed slurry, (iv) injecting mixed slurry into the template, pressing, and curing to obtain preliminary material, and (v) mixing water repellent with water in the ratio of 1:100 to form anti-aqueous solution, infiltrating primary material into the anti-aqueous solution for 1-3 hours, removing, air drying, placing in drying oven at 50 degrees C for 24 hours under normal pressure to completely dry to obtain heat insulating cotton material.
