▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen dioxide-sensitive three-dimensional core-shell structure composite gas-sensitive material comprises preparing gamma -iron oxide microspheres through hydrothermal method, modifying, making surface into positively charged, and coating with graphene oxide to obtain gamma -iron oxide-graphene oxide three-dimensional core-shell structure; and uniformly depositing on interdigital electrode substrate of gas sensor through drip coating method, subjecting to in-situ thermal reduction, and performing gas sensitivity test of nitrogen dioxide. USE - The method is for preparation of nitrogen dioxide-sensitive three-dimensional core-shell structure composite gas-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The composite gas-sensitive material has high sensitivity to nitrogen dioxide, low detection limit, and simple preparation method.
