▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sheet of graphene is grown on a planarized metallic substrate to obtain a graphene material. USE - Method of fabricating graphenic material used as electrical conductor for devices e.g. display, input device, transistor, liquid crystal display, photovoltaic cell and organic light-emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphenic material has uniform graphene layers and provides field effect transistor having high room temperature mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) composition, which comprises a graphene sheet containing 80% or more of single-layer graphene; and (2) substrate-supported graphene layer, which comprises graphene sheet.
