▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A load graphene modified tin dioxide electrolytic electrode comprises a titanium soleplate and graphene modified tin dioxide loaded on the titanium soleplate. Each square meter of the titanium soleplate loads 0.1-4 mcg of graphene modified tin dioxide. Mass ratio of graphene to tin dioxide is 0.1-2.5: 1000. USE - Load graphene modified tin dioxide electrolytic electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrolytic electrode has high electro-catalysis efficiency and stable performance and is recyclable. Its preparation method is simple and protects the excellent property of the graphene, so that the catalytic efficiency of the electrolytic electrode is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the electrolytic electrode comprising: (A) after grinding titanium substrate by a 120-mesh abrasive paper smoothly, placing in 30-40 mass% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution at 80-90 degrees C to remove oil, cleaning with distilled water and drying, soaking the dried titanium substrate in 5-15 mass% oxalate solution at 70-80 degrees C to etch for 2-4 hours, cleaning the etched titanium substrate and drying at room temperature; (B) adding 0.5-15 mg of graphene into 20-100 mL of 5-40 (preferably 20) mass% stannic chloride solution, uniformly oscillating, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, stirring by a constant-temperature magnetic heating stirrer, gradually dropping 0.3-0.5 (preferably 0.4) mol/L ammonia water at a speed of 20-30 drops/minutes until the transparent graphene-stannic chloride sol is obtained; and (C) (301) vertically soaking the pre-treated titanium substrate into the graphene-stannic chloride sol for 20-30 minutes, and vertically uniformly pulling at 2-4 (preferably 3) cm/minute; after pulling the titanium substrate, horizontally drying at 80-90 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, placing in a muffle furnace, burning at 400-600 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and cooling in the furnace; (302) repeating the step (301) for 3-5 times, extending the last burning time to 2-4 (preferably 2) hours, cooling in the furnace and obtaining the electrolytic electrode.
