NOVELTY - High-concentrated graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprises 300 pts. wt. bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin, 35-60 pts. wt. graphene micro sheet, 98 pts. wt. bisphenol A and 0.2 pts. wt. catalyst, where the equivalent weight of epoxy in the bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin is 184-244, the catalyst is benzyltriphenylphosphonium bromide, benzyltriethylammonium chloride or triphenylphosphine. USE - Used as high-concentrated graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has simple preparation method, avoids using organic solvent, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-concentrated graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprising (i) adding low molecular quantity of bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin into a reaction kettle, opening the stirrer and stirring, opening steam and heating to 40 degrees C, (ii) adding graphene micro sheet and stirring at a speed of 20-30 revolution/minute, and heating to 80 degrees C by stirring at a rotational speed of 150 revolution/minute for 40 minutes, (iii) adding bisphenol A, stirring at a speed of 20-30 revolution/minute and melting at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, then adding catalyst, slowly adjusting high rotating speed to 150 revolution/minute, heating to 120 degrees C, closing steam, and then reacting, and (iv) opening vacuum pump and heating at 160 degrees C under vacuum of more than 0-0.095 MP, reacting at 160-170 degrees C for 60 minutes, closing vacuum pump, filling high purity nitrogen, discharging plate, and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
