NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-carbon nanocomposite transparent conductive thin film comprises preparing oxide-containing graphite, mixing with carbon precursor dispersion liquid, placing mixed dispersion liquid on substrate film, reducing graphene oxide, carbonizing carbon precursor, and mixing oxidized graphite and carbon precursor at 1:0.4-3.5 mass ratio. USE - Method for preparing graphene-carbon nanocomposite transparent conductive thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-carbon nanocomposite transparent conductive thin film has 390-3000 nm light wavelength, 75-90% light transmittance, 400-1300 ohm/nm surface resistance and 0.12-0.2 nm roughness.
