NOVELTY - A graphene-containing composite carbon comprises 350-650 pts. wt. graphene, 310-620 pts. wt. carbonaceous additive material, 20-40 pts. wt. additive, 15-20 pts. wt. iridium acetylacetonate, 5-10 pts. wt. nonylphenol ethoxylate and 10-25 pts. wt. monoethanolamine. USE - Graphene-containing composite carbon for lead-acid battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing composite carbon has large specific surface area and lap resistance and high multidimensional conductivity, suppresses sulfation phenomenon of anode of lead acid battery, and improves cycle characteristics of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing composite carbon, which involves adding additive to graphene powder, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 2.9-3.3 times the amount of pure water, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding iridium acetylacetone, carrying out the high-pressure dispersing under pressure of 21000 psi , increasing temperature to 150-220 degrees C, stirring for 3-6 hours to obtain premix (A), adding carbonaceous additive material, nonylphenol ethoxylate and monoethanolamine, stirring at 78-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain premix (B), mixing premix (A) and premix (B), ultrasonically-cleaning at 80-80 degrees C for 0.2-5 hours in water bath, stirring to obtain composite slurry of graphene-containing composite carbon, filtering, drying and crushing.
