NOVELTY - The frame has a frame main body (1) for printing a picture (2) by performing screen-printing process. A graphite heating membrane (4) is connected with a flame retardant heat insulation plate (5) that is coated with a high temperature resistance PET film. The picture frame main body is coated with a graphite heating film. A graphite is connected with an electric conductor that is fixed on an upper side of the high temperature resistance PET film. An inner side of the picture frame main body is connected with a receiver and inner side of an epoxy resin plate (3). USE - Multifunctional graphene decorative picture frame. ADVANTAGE - The frame reduces fire generation and detects blood vessel retardant disease.
