NOVELTY - Graphene/metal oxide hybrid aerogel comprises a metal oxide network which is two-dimensional crystal, and graphene conductive network, where two networks are wound with each other. USE - The hybrid aerogel is useful as an energy storage material comprising a super capacitor and a lithium ion battery electrode material, an electromagnetic shielding material, a biological enzyme catalysis carrier and a carbon dioxide absorption material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has wide applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing graphene/metal oxide hybrid aerogel comprising adding ethanol in water solution instead of graphene oxide, and then centrifuging to obtain a precipitate, dispersing precipitate in an organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide organic solution to prepare graphene oxide solution, adding the soluble metal salt in the graphene oxide solution and then dispersing to obtain uniform suspension 1, adding epoxide to the graphene oxide solution and then uniformly dispersing to obtain suspension 2, mixing suspension 1 and 2 at 20-80 degrees C for 2-48 hours to obtain uniform non-flowing hybrid wet gel, drying hybrid wet gel to obtain amorphous hybrid aerogel, and carbonizing hybrid wet gel under the protection of inert gas.
