▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (a) sintering biomineralized material in a chemical gas phase deposition device, and reducing the temperature to room temperature and (b) heating to 500-1300 degrees C, introducing carbon source, carrying out chemical gas phase deposition reaction under the protection of inert gas atmosphere, soaking the reaction product in non-oxidizing acid solution, and drying. USE - The grapheme is useful in transparent conductive film, flexible electronic devices, new energy device and rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and suitable for continuous industrial production; has high efficiency and yield; utilizes easily available raw materials; replicates the shape of biomineralized material; provides product, which has high crystallinity, controllable layer number and strong conductivity.
