NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene flexible electrode arranged on an upper surface of a flexible substrate. A middle portion of a graphene oxide humidity sensitive layer is covered on a graphene flexible electrode. An edge portion of the graphene oxide humidity sensitive layer is covered on the flexible substrate. A signal leading-out portion is arranged on a lower surface of the flexible substrate. The signal leading-out portion passes through the flexible substrate, where material of the signal leading-out portion is formed as a flexible metal. USE - Flexible full-carbon base humidity sensor for use in a respiration monitoring device (claimed), for monitoring a respiratory condition of a human body. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is low in manufacturing cost, and ensures normal utilization of the respiratory monitoring device. The graphene oxide humidity sensitive layer is prevented from falling off from the graphene flexible electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing a flexible full-carbon humidity sensor; (2) a respiration monitoring device.
