NOVELTY - Antistatic coating liquid comprises 5-75 pts. wt. poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT/PSS) aqueous dispersion stock solution, 0.05-0.75 pts. wt. pH value regulator, 1-8 pts. wt. conductive auxiliary agent, 5-15 pts. wt. matrix resin, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. wetting and leveling agent and 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The matrix resin is prepared by: mixing dehydrated polycarbonate diol, 0.1-5 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran and 2-25 pts. wt. aromatic diisocyanate and heating, adding 1-10 pts. wt. dimethylol propionic acid and 0.1-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, reacting, adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 0.1-3 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane and 0.5-5 pts. wt. acetone, reacting, cooling to obtain prepolymer, adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. triethylamine and 5-50 pts. wt. water to prepolymer and stirring to obtain white emulsion, adding 0.1-1 pt. wt. nanoparticles and stirring, and removing solvent. USE - The antistatic coating liquid is useful in antistatic industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating liquid: has stable performance, high conductivity, solvent resistance, and safety; is environmentally friendly; and has surface resistance reaching 105-106 omega, surface resistance remaining at 106-107 omega after repeated alcohol washing and no obvious atomizing phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic coating liquid comprises 5-75 pts. wt. poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT/PSS) aqueous dispersion stock solution, 0.05-0.75 pts. wt. pH value regulator, 1-8 pts. wt. conductive auxiliary agent, 5-15 pts. wt. matrix resin, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. wetting and leveling agent and 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The matrix resin is prepared by: mixing 1-10 pts. wt. dehydrated polycarbonate diol, 0.1-5 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran and 2-25 pts. wt. aromatic diisocyanate and heating to 65-85degreesC, then adding 1-10 pts. wt. dimethylol propionic acid and 0.1-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 0.1-3 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane and 0.5-5 pts. wt. acetone, reacting at 60-80degrees Celsius to finish, then cooling to 50-70degrees Celsius to obtain a prepolymer, adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. triethylamine and 5-50 pts. wt. water to the prepolymer and stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain a white emulsion, then adding 0.1-1 pt. wt. nanoparticles and stirring for 1-3 hours, and removing the solvent to obtain the finished product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the antistatic coating liquid, comprising mixing and stirring PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersion stock solution, pH value regulator, conductive auxiliary agent, matrix resin, coupling agent, deionized water, wetting and leveling agent and antifoaming agent to obtain the finished product; and (2) use method of the antistatic coating liquid in antistatic industry, comprising coating antistatic coating liquid on the base material with a wire rod, and drying at 100-140degrees Celsius for 0.5-1 minute to obtain an antistatic PEDOT/PSS antistatic coating, where the base material is polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene and/or glass.
