NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/tin composite material involves dispersing the graphite oxide in the deionized water, adding solvent in tin dioxide, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining mixed solution, filtering the obtained mixed solution, obtaining composite of graphene oxide and tin oxide, adding compound in a reducing atmosphere at speed of 15-30 degrees C/minute, raising the temperature at 700-1000 degrees C and reacting for 2 hours. The mass ratio of graphite oxide and tin dioxide is 5:1. USE - Preparation of graphene/tin composite material used for preparing lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/tin composite material is economically prepared with improved conductivity and rate characteristics.
