NOVELTY - Silicon-carbon modified elastic anticorrosive coating comprises silicone elastic resin, aluminum hydroxide, functionalized calcium carbonate, bentonite, polyethylene glycol, diaminodiphenyl sulfone, crosslinking agent, dispersant, film forming agent, antifoaming agent, leveling agent and preservative. USE - The silicon-carbon modified elastic anticorrosive coating is useful in anticorrosion of metal materials and building industries. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-carbon modified elastic anticorrosive coating has excellent adhesion performance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and hydrophobicity performance, and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing silicon-carbon modified elastic anticorrosive coating comprising (1) adding silicone elastic resin, aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, and bentonite to a mixer in proportion and mix to obtain a mixture, (2) grinding the mixture, sieving, adding the sieved material into the dispersion tank, adding dispersant, film-forming agent, preservative, polyethylene glycol at the same time, stirring and pre-dispersing to obtain the dispersion material, and (3) adding the above dispersion material into a vacuum high-speed disperser, adding a crosslinking agent and diaminodiphenyl sulfone, stirring, then adding a leveling agent and a antifoaming agent and continuously stirring to obtain a silicon-carbon modified elastic anti-corrosion coating.
