▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sound-absorbing fire-retardant coating comprises 15-30 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. modified nano titanium dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide modified diatomaceous earth, 1-2 pts. wt. polyurethane associative thickener, 5-6 pts. wt. phenyltrimethoxysilane, 6-7 pts. wt. carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 6-7 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent and 10-15 pts. wt. water. USE - Sound-absorbing fire-retardant coating. ADVANTAGE - The sound-absorbing fire-retardant coating has good sound-absorbing effect and fire-proof performance, characteristics of long coating film life, strong adhesion, high paint surface strength, good water resistance and scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing sound-absorbing and fireproof coating, which involves: (A) adding silica aerogel and deionized water to stirrer, adjusting pH to 4-5, adding phenyltrimethoxysilane, and stirring to react; (B) adding polymer emulsion, modified nano titanium dioxide and graphene oxide modified diatomaceous earth, and stirring and reacting at 50-60 degrees C; and (C) adding polyurethane associative thickener, carbonate, pentaerythritol, wetting and dispersing agent, and mixing uniformly.
