NOVELTY - Graphene-coated non-metallic vehicle body comprises vehicle body (1) and windshield. The vehicle body is made of non-metallic material. The outer side of vehicle body is provided with a film (3). A graphene composite layer (4) is provided between the film and vehicle body. The graphene composite layer and vehicle body are bonded with adhesive (6). USE - Graphene-coated non-metallic vehicle body. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle body is light, easy to produce, will not generate scratches and reduces cost of repainting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene-coated non-metallic vehicle body comprising preparing graphene powder by oxidation-reduction method, heating, melting adhesive, applying to one side of the film, spreading the graphene powder evenly on the film, covering a layer, extruding composite material, storing at room temperature for 1-2 days, forming graphene composite layer, coating graphene composite layer surface with adhesive, covering, using hot press roll to compress the composite material, heating, adhering and forming graphene-coated non-metallic vehicle body.
