NOVELTY - Raw materials comprising carbonaceous material chosen from coal, coke, resin-containing carbon, graphite, charcoal and activated carbon, and additive chosen from zinc powder, aluminum powder, tin oxide and calcium oxide are mixed, milled, vacuum-carbonized in a vacuum furnace, heated and cooled. The carbonization product is placed in hydrochloric acid, stirred, pickled, separated, filtrated and washed with deionized water, dried and placed in oven. The product is milled in a ball mill, to obtain carbonaceous graphene sheet. USE - Preparation of carbonaceous graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbonaceous graphene sheet having excellent defect resistance is economically prepared by simple method, without environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Raw materials comprising carbonaceous material chosen from coal, coke, resin-containing carbon, graphite, charcoal and activated carbon, and additive chosen from zinc powder, aluminum powder, magnesium powder, tin powder, calcium powder, copper powder, zinc oxide, alumina, magnesia, copper oxide, tin oxide and calcium oxide are mixed, milled, vacuum-carbonized in a vacuum furnace, heated at predetermined temperature and cooled to room temperature. The carbonization product is placed in hydrochloric acid, stirred, pickled, separated, filtrated and washed with deionized water until no chlorine ion is detected, dried and placed in oven. The product is milled in a ball mill, to obtain carbonaceous graphene sheet. The coal is chosen from bituminous coal, thermal coal, anthracite, coke coal, fine coal and coking coal. The coke is chosen from metallurgical coke, petroleum coke, pitch coke and needle coke. The resin-containing carbon is chosen from thermoplastic resin-containing carbon and thermosetting resin-containing carbon. The graphite is chosen from microcrystalline graphite, earthy graphite, crystalline flake graphite, synthetic graphite, expandable graphite, expanded graphite and nano-graphite film.
