▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polymer microsphere by phase inversion method, comprises (a) dissolving the polymer in a water-immiscible organic solvent as a dispersed phase; (b) mixing an amphiphilic organic solvent with water as a continuous phase; and (c) dispersing the dispersed phase in the continuous phase in the form of micro-droplets in the absence of surfactant, and de-solvating the microspheres by solvent diffusion to obtain the polymeric microspheres. USE - The method is useful for preparing polymer microsphere by phase inversion method. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to use surfactant, and recycles solvent, eliminates the influence of surfactants and highly toxic organic solvents on the preparation process and the quality of microsphere products, and avoids environmental pollution caused by organic solvents, has fast solidification process of the micro-liquid beads, and prepares different polymer microspheres, magnetic microspheres, colored microspheres, porous microspheres, fluorescent microspheres, drug-loaded microspheres, double-faced microspheres, and controllable microsphere size and surface morphology.
