USE - Illuminating lamp (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The illuminating lamp has excellent mosquitoes repellent characteristics, negative ions-releasing characteristics, removal characteristics with respect to formaldehyde, toluene and total volatile organic component and decoration characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A illuminating lamp has lampshade (1), a light-emitting-diode lighting component (2), a metal sleeve (4) sleeved with lamp shade (1), power supply drive module (5), a base and silicon carbide heat conductor between lampshade and metal sleeve. The metal sleeve (4) has heat-dissipation holes (40). The heat dissipation hole (40) penetrates through metal sleeve (4). The silicon carbide heat conductor (3) has heat dissipation slots (31). A heat-dissipation coating material (30) is uniformly coated on inner and outer surfaces of silicon carbide heat conductor (3). The heat-dissipation coating material (30) is coated between light-emitting-diode lighting assembly (2) and silicon carbide heat conductor (3). The inner surface of metal sleeve (4) is uniformly coated with heat-dissipating paint (30). Chinese medicine essential oil. The mixed resin is mixture of phenolic resin and epoxy resin in mass ratio of 2:1-3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers have length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant comprises ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and expanded graphite in mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent comprises mixture of diacetone alcohol and butyl ester in mass ratio of 3:1-3:2. The active mineral powder comprises germanium stone, fluorite, tourmaline and zinc spinel in weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7.
