NOVELTY - Solar battery comprises conductive glass, oxide film, electrolyte, counter electrode, and graphene interface layer formed between conductive glass and oxide film. USE - Solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene interface layer has high conductivity and proper energy band structure. It effectively prevents contact between electrolyte and conductive glass, reduces compound rate of photo-electron and electrolyte, inhibits opposite reaction, and improves photoelectric property of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of solar battery with graphene interface layer by dissolving oxidized graphite into organic solvent and ultrasonically processing to form suspension; spraying oxidized graphite suspension on conductive glass; reducing oxidized graphite on conductive glass into graphene in presence of reduction or inert atmosphere to obtain graphene interface layer on conductive glass; putting oxide nano crystal powder, polyethylene glycol and deionized water into grinding pot and grinding to obtain oxide slurry; coating oxide slurry on conductive glass with graphene interface layer and sintering to obtain porous oxide film; soaking conductive glass with graphene interface layer and porous oxide film into photosensitizer solution to obtain optical anode; and encapsulating optical anode, graphene interface layer, conductive glass, electrolyte and counter electrode to form solar battery with graphene interface layer.
