NOVELTY - Electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosion material comprises first component and second component in a mass ratio of 10-25:1. The first component includes 20-50 wt.% epoxy resin, 1-5 wt.% coupling agent, 1-10 wt.% rheological auxiliary agent, 1-15 wt.% graphene powder, 2-15 wt.% dispersant, 10-55 wt.% zinc powder, 10-15 wt.% filler, and 5-25 wt.% mixed solvent. The second component includes 15-45 wt.% curing agent, and 55-85 wt.% mixed solvent. USE - The electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosion material is used for anti-corrosive coating for coating steel structure, fluorocarbon finishing coating or polyurethane finish coating in epoxy coating system, changing color of primer coating film through finish coating, and adjusting color of coating film. ADVANTAGE - The material has good corrosion resistance and adhesive base material, and has excellent ultraviolet shielding effect, coating, increased service life, and greatly reduces volatile organic compounds emission in the process of construction realizing low carbon coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosion material, comprising (S1) mixing epoxy resin, rheological auxiliary agent and mixed solvent at room temperature and stirring to make it a homogeneous liquid, then adding graphene powder, dispersant, zinc powder, filler and coupling agent to the mixed solution and stirring continuously, after the addition, mediating for 30 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 15 minutes to obtain a stable solution, (S2) dissolving curing agent in a mixed solvent at room temperature and mediating for 30 minutes to obtain a stable solution, and (S3) uniformly mixing the first and second components of the coating in proportion and coating them on the surface of the material.
