NOVELTY - Sound-absorbing carbon fiber and steel fiber-modified PTFE material comprises natural zeolite, acetone, PTFE, carbon fiber, steel fiber, fluorine rubber powder, diatomite, graphene oxide, silicon dioxide (SiO2), silane coupling agent KH550, 95% ethanol, asbestos fiber, polyisocyanate JQ-1, dimethylformamide (DMF), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC) and water. The median length of carbon fiber is 75-150 mu m. The median length of steel fiber is 50-150 mu m. The particle size of fluorine rubber powder is 80-200 mesh. USE - Sound-absorbing carbon fiber and steel fiber-modified PTFE material. ADVANTAGE - The sound-absorbing carbon fiber and steel fiber-modified PTFE material has improved tensile strength by the use of steel fiber and carbon fiber, greatly improved bonding strength, and enhanced sound-absorbing effect by the use of natural zeolite absorbing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sound-absorbing carbon fiber and steel fiber-modified PTFE material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. natural zeolite, 40-50 pts. wt. acetone, 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. fluorine rubber powder, 4-8 pts. wt. diatomite, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. SiO2, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol, 10-15 pts. wt. asbestos fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. DMF, 10-15 pts. wt. DMAP, 15-20 pts. wt. DCC and 200-300 pts. wt. water. The median length of carbon fiber is 75-150 mu m. The median length of steel fiber is 50-150 mu m. The particle size of fluorine rubber powder is 80-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of sound-absorbing carbon fiber and steel fiber-modified PTFE material comprising adding carbon fiber into 20-25 pts. wt. 95% ethanol solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH at 4-5, adding 8-12 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, stirring for 8-15 hours, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying to obtain material A, adding the rest 95% ethanol solvent, adding graphene oxide, oxidizing by glow discharge plasma method, obtaining graphene peroxide, adding in DMF, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, stirring, sequentially adding DMAP, DCC and material A, reacting for 18-36 hours at room temperature, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying to obtain material B, adding natural zeolite, diatomite and asbestos fiber in acetone solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material C, adding fluorine rubber powder in polyisocyanate JQ-1, mechanically stirring uniformly, adding dried steel fiber and material C, continuously and mechanically stirring for 1-3 hours, water washing and drying to obtain material D, mixing material B and material D, adding 70-75 pts. wt. PTFE, uniformly mixing in high speed mixer, cold pressing and forming, sintering in air atmosphere at 360-390 degrees C to form plate having diameter of 150-250 mm and thickness of 3-4 mm, soaking the plate in coating liquid, taking out after 4-8 minutes, oven drying at 80-100 degrees C, sintering for 10-30 minutes at 120-200 degrees C in muffle furnace, and taking out, where coating liquid is prepared by grinding SiO2, adding the rest PTFE and silane coupling agent KH550 dispersed in water, and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain the coating liquid.
