▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Removing (M1) a carbonization catalyst from a graphene sheet, involves: contacting the carbonization catalyst with a salt solution, which is capable of oxidizing the carbonization catalyst. USE - For removing carbonization catalyst from graphene sheet; and transferring graphene sheet to substrate (claimed). The graphene sheet, is useful in transparent electrodes, conducting thin films, hydrogen storage media, optical fibers or electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces or effectively prevents damage to a graphene sheet when exfoliating the graphene sheet from the carbonization catalyst after the graphene sheet is formed on the carbonization catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for transferring (M2) a graphene sheet, involving: removing the carbonization catalyst from the graphene sheet; and transferring the graphene sheet with the carbonization catalyst removed to a position on a substrate or a device.
