▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing interface material involves: (A) uniformly mixing liquid silicone resin, aluminum oxide, boron nitride and graphene of different particle sizes, and stirring to obtain a paste; (B) pressing the paste into a sheet with a thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm by using a tablet press; (C) overlapping the sheet, putting into a mold, pressing and molding to obtain a blank, and heating at 120 degrees C to cure into an elastic material; and (D) rapidly cooling the cured material to -60 degrees C, and cutting into sheet material at 90 degrees along the orientation direction using wire cutting. USE - The method is useful for preparing interface material. ADVANTAGE - The interface material has high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical performance.
