NOVELTY - Conductive ink comprises 5-10 pts. wt. hollow glass beads, 15-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 5-20 pts. wt. conductive filler, 30-70 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - The conductive ink is useful for preparing a sensing layer of resistive pressure sensor (claimed), and also useful in industrial dynamometer and medical endoscope, resistor-type sensor, capacitive sensor and piezoelectric sensor. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink has a better linearity, and wide sensing pressure range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: conductive coating, comprising conductive ink; preparation method of the conductive coating, comprising preparing the conductive ink into a conductive coating by printing, where the printing is screen printing; resistive pressure sensor, comprising conductive coating as the electrode of the sensing layer, the electrode substrate in the resistive pressure sensor is at least one of copper foil, aluminum foil, nickel foil, titanium foil, iron foil, zinc foil, silver foil, gold-silver alloy foil, foamed copper, foamed nickel, foamed titanium, porous gold foil, carbon paper, carbon cloth, carbon fiber, carbon felt, graphite electrode and glassy carbon electrodes; and preparation method of the resistive pressure sensor, comprising (1) hot-pressing the electrode base as a conductive electrode on a flexible substrate, and obtaining a patterned conductive electrode by etching, and (2) preparing conductive ink as a conductive coating of the sensing layer by printing on the conductive electrode, where the printing is screen printing.
