▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing anticorrosive graphene composite coating, comprises (i) obtaining a graphene sheet using graphite as a raw material by mechanical stripping, and preparing a graphene dispersion having a concentration of 0.1-1 wt.%, (ii) adding the graphene dispersion droplets on surface of the polar solvent to form a graphene film layer on the surface of the polar solvent, (iii) cleaning a single metal or alloy to remove oil stains on the metal surface to form a hydrophilic surface, (iv) inserting the cleaned single metal or alloy into the solution containing the graphene film layer, performing interface transfer of the film, and obtaining a graphene coating on surface of the single metal or alloy, and (v) treating the metal sheet covered with the graphene coating in an inert gas atmosphere at 300-900 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain a metal anticorrosive graphene composite coating. USE - The graphene composite coating is useful on metal (claimed), preferably steel materials utilized in marine, land, and underground industrial production environments and daily life environments. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical.
