▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a cemented carbide steel composite tool comprises transferring graphene to the surface of the cemented carbide to be welded, placing solder joint plate between the cemented carbide to be welded surface and steel blade to be welded surface, and brazing, where solder joint plate comprises multiple layers of nickel-based brazing alloy solder foil, one layer of mesh carbon nanotubes and one layer of copper foil, the copper foil is placed in the middle, the mesh carbon nanotube sheet is placed on the side of the copper foil, at least three layers of nickel-based brazing alloy solder foil are disposed on both sides of the mesh carbon nanotube sheet, other side of the copper foil is provided with at least one layer of nickel-based brazing alloy solder foil, during brazing the side of the solder joint plate in which the mesh carbon nanotubes are disposed is disposing toward the cemented carbide to be welded surface. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing a cemented carbide steel composite tool. ADVANTAGE - The method: prevents dissolution of the cemented carbide into the brazing material during brazing; avoids the hardness drop of the cemented carbide; and solves the problem of large stress on the side of the cemented carbide.
