▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrolyte-gated graphene field-effect transistor (G-FET)-based biosensor is functionalized with at least one aptamer comprising a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1 (sequence not defined here may be found at ftp://ftp.wipo.int/pub/publishedpctsequences/publication). USE - The biosensor is useful for the in vitro detection of the hepatitis C virus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor is greatly improving the sensitivity and specificity of the detection of HCV. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detecting hepatitis C virus (HCV) in vitro comprising (a) providing at least one biosensor, (b) providing an electrolyte sample from a subject in contact with the biosensor of step (a), (c) performing at least one measurement of an electrical signal by the biosensor of step (a) in contact with the electrolyte sample of step (b), where a change of the electrical signal in step (c) as a function of time indicates the union between the aptamer of the biosensor and the HCV core protein present in the electrolyte sample and it is indicative of the presence of HCV. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows the schematic view of the arrangement of the biosensor on the electrically insulating substrate. 1Electrically insulating substrate 2Source electrode 3Drain electrode 4Graphene sheet 5Gate electrode
