NOVELTY - High wear-resistant complex rubber material comprises 30-55 pts. wt. natural rubber, 30-55 pts. wt. high cis polybutadiene complex rubber, 15-30 pts. wt. solution polystyrene butadiene rubber, 5-7 pts. wt. polydicyclopentadiene resin, 2-4 pts. wt. liquid polyisoprene rubber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 30-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. wear-resistant filler, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. accelerant. USE - Used as high wear-resistant complex rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The high wear-resistant complex rubber material has high wear-resistant performance, high cross-linking density, high tensile strength and tear strength, good wear resistance, simple operation, and no complex process, and is good for industrial popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high wear-resistant complex rubber material comprising (i) taking each component, mixing the natural rubber, high-cis-polybutadiene complex rubber and solution-polystyrene-butadiene rubber, and plasticating to obtain the mixed rubber, (ii) mixing the rubber, polydicyclopentadiene resin, liquid polyisoprene rubber, modified graphene oxide, carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, wear-resistant filler, accelerator, coupling agent and anti-aging agent, mixing for the first time to obtain a section of mixed rubber, (iii) mixing the first section of mixed rubber and sulfur, mixing for the second time, then discharging the material into the open mill for triangular bag, rolling, thinning for 3-5 times, discharging, and cooling to obtain the second section of mixed rubber, (iv) rolling the second-stage mixed rubber, and heat smelting, and rolling to obtain the semi-finished product film, and (v) vulcanizing the semi-finished product film to obtain the high wear resistant complex rubber material.
