▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A positive electrode has a mixture layer containing a positive electrode active material, graphene and 0.4 atomic% or more silicon which is measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis based on the elements of the mixture layer. Silicon has siloxane bond. USE - Positive electrode is used for lithium ion secondary batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode has excellent electron conductivity and ion conductivity. The positive electrode provides lithium ion battery with high output and capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of positive electrode; (2) graphene positive electrode active material composite particles; (3) manufacture of graphene positive electrode active material composite particles; and (4) positive electrode paste.
