NOVELTY - The panel has an organic light emitting array (2) that is set on the underlay substrate (1), and located in the display region of panel. An encapsulation layer (3) is formed on side of light emitting array remote from substrate. The encapsulation layer is comprised with a first encapsulation layer (31) and graphene touch control layer (32) which is formed on the first encapsulation layer. The control layer is comprised with insulating layer (323) which forms between graphene layers (321,322). Protective layer (4) is formed on side of encapsulation layer remote from substrate. USE - Display panel of display device (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to personal computer, personal digital assistant, wireless handheld device, tablet PC, mobile phone, TV and MPEG audio layer-4 player. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene touch control layer is comprised with insulating layer which forms between graphene layers, the light transmittance of the display panel is improved.
