NOVELTY - Polypropylene material comprises 80-95 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-18 pts. wt. polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. modifier, 0.05-2 pts. wt. cell stabilizer, 0.05-3 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.2-2 pts. wt. antioxidant; polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer is ethylene-butene copolymer and/or ethylene-octene copolymer, the modifier is phthalate ester coupling agent, aminosilane coupling agent, aluminum-titanium composite coupling agent, epoxy silane coupling agent and/or PP grafted maleic anhydride modifier. USE - The polypropylene material is useful in preparation of foamed plastic part useful as bumper material of vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene material: used polypropylene substrate can provides sufficient melt strength to ensure high initial performance, through synergistic effect of each component, it can actively improves the interface bonding force, improves the surface quality of foaming, reduces surface defects e.g. pits and splashes, and at same time ensure uniformity of foaming and impact performance and flexural modulus retention rate of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polypropylene material comprising mixing polypropylene, polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, modifier, cell stabilizer, lubricant and antioxidant to obtain a mixture, adding it to a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, granulating, and cooling.
