NOVELTY - The amplifier has a substrate provided with a graphene p-channel MOSFET die (1). Upper and lower surfaces of the substrate is respectively provided with a printed circuit board and back metal. An end of an input end blocking capacitor (403) is connected to an end of an input end impedance converter (404). An end of a drain electrode is connected to an output end impedance converter (413). An end an output end impedance converter is connected to an output end blocking capacitor (414). An end of the output end blocking capacitor is connected to a signal output end of an amplifier main body. USE - Graphene RF amplifier.
