▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Tension sensing fiber comprises tensile force sensing layer including 50-99.99 wt.%, preferably 90-99 wt.% polymer material and 0.01-50 wt.%, preferably 1-20 wt.% conductive material. USE - The fiber is useful for tension sensing yarn (claimed) and wear-resistant multi-modal sensor device. ADVANTAGE - The fiber provides tension sensing fiber, which has excellent sensing performance and has the characteristics of daily wear-resistant comfort, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. The method is simple, ensures the wire diameter is controllable, and the structure is unique and stable, through the adjustment of materials and structure, the fiber has characteristics of resisting interference from other factors (temperature, and humidity), and can be combined with other sensor fibers through textile technology to realize a wear-resistant multi-modal sensor device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing the fiber, comprising preparing tensile-sensing composite masterbatch into a tensile-sensing preform, subjecting tensile force sensing preform to thermal softening and wire drawing; and (2) a tension sensing yarn, comprising the yarn and the fiber, where the yarn and the fiber are connected as a whole by wrapping or twisting.
