▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The fiber comprises non-woven fabric (1). A graphene oxide layer (2) is provided on the outside of the non-woven fabric. The outside of the graphene oxide layer is provided with a metal nickel layer (3). The outside of the metal nickel layer is provided with an electroplated copper layer (4). A protective nickel layer (5) is provided on the outside of the electroplated copper layer. USE - Highly conductive graphene-pretreated electroplated metal fibers. ADVANTAGE - The fiber combines graphene oxide and fiber surface molecules by intermolecular force, makes graphene oxide adhere to the fiber surface, reduces the graphene oxide to graphene by ascorbic acid, obtains high-energy graphene active sites on the fiber surface, provides metal attachment during electroless plating, can also improve the metallographic growth during the electroless plating process, improves the electrical properties of the metal layer, pretreatment method is green and safe, and successfully solves the problems of high cost and low performance of previous traditional surface treatment methods, allows the obtained conductive fibers have excellent properties, and meets the current electroplating, chemical plating industry needs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of highly conductive graphene-pretreated electroplated metal fiber. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the highly conductive graphene-pretreated electroplated metal fibers. 1Non-woven fabric 2Graphene oxide layer 3Metal nickel layer 4Electroplated copper layer 5Protective nickel layer
