Outer flame-retardant layer comprises 40-50 pts. wt. ternary ethylbenzene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyurea elastomer, 10-20 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 8-12 pts. wt. modified basalt fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 3-6 pts. wt. methyl acrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1-2 pts. wt. cardanol glycidyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. phenyl glycidyl ether, 0.1-1 pt. wt. sulfide tetramethyl thiuram, 20-24 pts. wt. impact modifier, and compatibilizer. Inner impact layer comprises linear low density polyethylene, PTFE powder, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyolefin elastomer, aluminum diethylphosphinate, ceramic polyolefin, molybdenum trioxide fiber, nano-aluminum hydroxide particles, nano-magnesium hydroxide particles, silicone oil, vinyltriethoxysilane, antioxidant, and compatilizer. USE - A high-impact-resistant flame-retardant cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable has improved flame retardant property and impact resistance, long service life of cable, and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-impact-resistant flame-retardant cable comprises outer sheath (1), outer flame-retardant layer (2), and inner cable comprising wire core (5), inner impact layer (4), and inner shielding layer (3). Outer flame-retardant layer has thickness of 1-3 mm, and inner impact layer has thickness of 0.5-1 mm. Outer flame-retardant layer comprises 40-50 pts. wt. ternary ethylbenzene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyurea elastomer, 10-20 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 8-12 pts. wt. modified basalt fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 3-6 pts. wt. methyl acrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1-2 pts. wt. cardanol glycidyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. phenyl glycidyl ether, 0.1-1 pt. wt. sulfide tetramethyl thiuram, 20-24 pts. wt. impact modifier, and 1-2 pts. wt. compatibilizer. Inner impact layer comprises 30-35 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 8-12 pts. wt.
