NOVELTY - Coating comprises component A and component B in mass ratio of 100:10-50, where the component A includes 10-40 pts. wt. hyperbranched epoxy oligosiloxane resin, 10-30 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 30-55 pts. wt. filler and 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary, the component B includes 80-98 pts. wt. curing agent and 2-20 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - The coating is useful in preparing anti-corrosion marine engineering device and anti-corrosion petrochemical pipelines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high wear-resistant, strong adhesion, anti-corrosion property and long-lasting weather resistance; and is environmental friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating, comprising (i) preparing hyperbranched epoxy oligosiloxane, (ii) mixing 10-40 pts. wt. hyperbranched epoxy oligosiloxane resin, 10-30 pts. wt. glycidyl ether reactive diluent, 30-55 pts. wt. filler and 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent to obtain component A, (iii) uniformly mixing 80-98 pts. wt. curing agent and 2-20 pts. wt. accelerator uniformly to obtain component B, and (iv) uniformly mixing component A and component B based on mass ratio of 100:10-50 to obtain coating. The preparation of hyperbranched epoxy oligosiloxane comprises using solvent as medium, mixing tetramethyl silicate, tetraethyl silicate, tetrabutyl silicate, methyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltriethoxysilane, isobutyltriethoxysilane, hexyltrimethoxysilane, dodecyltriethoxysilane, hexadecyltrimethoxysilane, dimethoxy(methyl)phenylsilane, methylvinyldiethoxysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane, benzyltriethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, diethoxydiphenylsilane, diphenyldimethoxysilane, allyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane, and/or organosilanes, polymerizing under conditions of catalyst at 50-100degrees Celsius for 6-12 hours, comprising reaction and purifying to obtain hyperbranched epoxy oligosiloxane product, where the gamma-glycidyl etheroxypropyltrimethoxysilane and/or 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane is for 20-100% of the total organosilane mass, the auxiliary agent includes silane coupling agent, wetting and dispersing agent, leveling agent, and thixotropic agent in mass ratio of 1-2:1-3:1-3:1-3.
